Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement

At RooterPay, we are dedicated to maintaining the highest standards  of ethical conduct across all aspects of our business. We take a firm  stand against modern slavery, human trafficking, forced labour, and any  form of exploitation. These practices are clear violations of human  rights, and we operate with zero tolerance for any involvement in such  activities within our company or supply chains.

Our Responsibility

We are committed our duty to actively prevent modern slavery in all areas of our operations. RooterPay is committed to continuously enhancing our policies, controls, and practices to ensure that slavery and human trafficking have no place in our business or among our partners and suppliers.

Policies and Controls

  • We maintain a dedicated Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy that sets out our approach to identifying, preventing, and addressing risks related to modern slavery.
  • All suppliers and partners undergo thorough risk assessments and due diligence to confirm compliance with our anti-slavery standards.
  • Our supplier onboarding and management processes include strict criteria to ensure that suppliers adhere to applicable laws and implement their own safeguards against slavery and human trafficking within their operations and supply chains.

Learning and Compliance Programs

  • RooterPay provides mandatory training for all employees on recognising and reporting potential signs of modern slavery or human trafficking.

  • We actively promote awareness of these issues throughout the organisation, providing guidance and resources to staff and partners to encourage vigilance, accountability, and ethical decision-making.

Secure Reporting Mechanisms

  • We offer a confidential reporting system that enables employees, customers, and other stakeholders to report concerns about slavery, trafficking, or other unethical practices. Reports may be submitted anonymously.

  • Our non-retaliation policy ensures that anyone raising concerns in good faith is protected from discrimination, harassment, or other adverse treatment.

Review and Control

  • We regularly review our operations and supplier activities to identify and mitigate potential risks of modern slavery. This includes conducting audits, assessments, and ongoing evaluations as part of our commitment to ethical practices.

  • Senior management and the board are actively involved in overseeing our anti-slavery initiatives, regularly reviewing and updating policies to ensure they remain effective and aligned with regulatory standards and best industry practices.
